•We launched our Big Deal Banner Programme in March 2018 out of Three Star Rustenburg
•Monthly meeting are held with the Big Deal Owners to discuss products advertised for that month.
•Suppliers attend these meeting for information sharing and insights as well as introducing new NPD’s
•POS packs are printed for each store (Window Posters, shelf talkers and pamphlets)
•Promotions campaigns to increase range and to promote certain product
•The phased roll out to the balance of our stores is ongoing.
